Anyone looking for a great friend in a Labrador Retriever need look no further than Shadow Rose Labradors.  When we first visited Patty's home we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of everything, and the care taken to keep it that way.  There was no dog odor of any kind.  It was hard to believe there were so many dogs living there.  We met our soon to be new member to our family, Misty Rose, and it was love at first sight.  We were also introduced to her Mom, Rosey.  Mom was very gentle and friendly, which was a good sign to us.  Misty Rose wasn't quite old enough to bring her home that day but when the time was right we did just that.  She is a beautiful Chocolate Lab and we constantly get compliments on how well she looks, and how beautiful and shiny her coat is, how friendly and smart she is.  She has a great disposition, and she is a fast learner.  Our Vet just loves her and says how healthy she is.  All of these attributes are a reflection on the breeder and the care done prior to our Misty Rose being born as well as after the fact.

Shadow Rose Labradors
Madden is a Ham and everyone who sees him compliments me on his looks. The vet told us he’s really healthy and at almost exactly at 8 months is 64lbs. He will NOT stay out of the pool and is in it an hour or more every day. His favorite thing to do now is dive for the swim rings I bought for the kids. He won’t go down to the deep part but dives down for 15 seconds or so. He’s been a breeze to train and there is no shortage in confidence in this little puppy. Were going to upgrade his level of training with obedience training. I haven’t found a good way to remedy of his jumping up when excited.

Here are a couple of pics of him at 7 ½ months.
